Our factory spans an impressive 18,000 square meters, with 8,000 square meters under roof. We have state-of-the-art technology and continuously invest in the development of our products.

We are focused on finding creative packaging solutions, which has earned us the trust of leading manufacturers in the food and other industries. Currently, we operate in more than 20 countries, with one-third of our production dedicated to exports.

We hold certificates according to ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22 000 standards. We continuously work on improving our quality management and food safety systems.

We produce over 1,200 different materials tailored for more than 16,000 packaging solutions. We manufacture up to 8,000 tons of polyethylene films annually and produce approximately 2 million bags very day. Recently, Foka developed the new product offering - recyclable films for PBL tubes.

Foka has six extrusion lines, including Varex with 3 and 7 layers, as well as Aquarex - an extrusion line with 9 layers. Thanks to this, we can produce films of the highest quality, with a barrier or medium to high barrier. Our materials depend on specific needs and applications and can include resealable features, anti-fog properties, UV protection, enhanced puncture resistance, and much more. We are proud to be among the few in the market that already offers fully recyclable films for thermoforming, MAP, vacuum, and flow pack packaging.

Additionally, we have our own studio for preparing printing solutions and making flexographic printing plates. We use the latest tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, GMG OpenColor, GMG FlexoProof, and Kodak Thermoflex NX System. The quality of our prints is widely recognized, and the maximum dimensions we can print are up to 1320 mm in width and 1130 mm in repeat length, using up to 8 colors.

Our five slitting lines enable us to prepare materials according to the specific requirements of each customer.

To extend the shelf life of packaged products, we use lamination, which increases the productivity of packaging lines and makes our customers' brands more appealing. Continuous investments in packaging machines provide us with a wide range of bag and finished packaging shapes, including stand-up pouches, spouted pouches, zip lock bags, vacuum bags with 2 or 3 seals, block bottom bags, advertising bags with sealed and loop handles, as well as carrier bags.

Moreover, the entire production process is covered by 24/7 quality control on all production lines.
